Cozy Brick house - 3 BR, 2 1/2 Bath, fenced in back yard with privacy fence.

Very nice, brick home, built in 1940 in Latonia/Covington. Lots of natural lighting, fenced in back yard, privacy fence, on a quiet, dead end street, walking distance to several cafe’s, churches, and a 2 min drive from golf course. Fully furnished, laundry facilities , on street parking. Back patio has a table, chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. Heavily wooded area, near a river, some wild life. A 15 min drive to Reds and Bengals stadiums, Hard Rock Casino, Riverdowns, Turfway Park, Riverbend Music Center, Belterra, Newport on the Levee, Mainstrasse Village. The Ark Encounter is about a 40 min drive, and the Creation Museum is a 25 min drive. Kings Island takes 45 minutes.

There are two containers in the kitchen closet. One for recycling and big one for garbage . Please put bags of garbage in container outside back door.

Most pictures for VRBO look better than the reality. For this property the pictures do not do it justice. This property is perfect in every way. Location, comfort, price. Doesn't get any better than this one. You will not be disappointed.

Emily came out and met us when we arrived even though it was 9:30pm. She tried to help fix the internet issues (at both her house and ours). We appreciated the high sinks in the bathrooms as we're both tall people. Loved having a gas stove (ours at home is electric). Also loved the comfortable dining room chairs; the living room was nice and cozy, and the mattresses were comfortable. I especially enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the mornings and seeing numerous cats!
My purse matched the chair! :)

The house is very spacious and the back yard is great for pups. The host was very communicative ahead of check in, which made the process very easy. Able to drive into downtown Covington and the Reds stadium I. 15 minutes.

Great Stay!

House is a beautifully updated 100 year old house with the old house feel. Everything is immaculate and the hosts are super helpful and friendly. If we ever visit the area again, it will be the first place we check on for our stay.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Hosts

Emily catered to our every whim. Best experience we've ever had. Will definitely visit again when in the area. Fenced yard is a plus for pets!! Fully stocked with everything you can imagine! Great location!

We had such a lovely stay! The house is older and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were so kind and helpful, even going out of their way when something was left behind. The location worked out perfectly—it was close to everything we wanted to do and made a great halfway meeting spot for our family.One of our favorite parts was saying hello to the sweet dogs and enjoying the birds and other wildlife around the house. It really made the stay feel extra special. We’d happily come back again!

Vacation

We had a high school graduation party to attend. My son and his wife also attend. We had to find a place that would accept their 4 dogs, and this place was perfect. Emily was a great host and the house was beautiful.

Quick Getaway

The house was perfect for a quick getaway. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The house was in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The house was well stocked and clean. If we are ever in need of a rental in the area again, we would definitely return.

Peaceful home base to explore a new city

After heading out each day to explore Covington and Cincinnati, we loved having Latonia as our "home base" to come back to. The local shop owners in this developing area could not have been nicer. Staying in a handsomely appointed house with some history is much more appealing than an impersonal hotel chain. Plus, it afforded us the opportunity to bring our fur babies with us! The bare wood stairs did pose a challenge for our senior dog, but everything else worked out fine. We will be back!

Best place ever stayed

Very nice set up, fridge was stocked as well as the bathroom, soap, towels, etc. It was very clean, and a friendly/family place to stay. Definitely will book again!

Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Covington/Latonia watching baseball at Y’all’s stadium. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and Latonia is quaint lite town, Emily is a fantastic host and the property is perfect!

Perfect and cozy

This cozy gem has it all. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are so comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed just being in the backyard. Emily was wonderful and so hospitable. We hope to visit again.

Family Fun

It was very homey and the host so accommodating. Very close to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay

Beautiful and comfortable house. Extremely clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager lives next door and was extremely friendly and helpful.

We live in the house next door. I’m a middle school teacher, also teach golf, coach archery. Scott is in construction /carpentry. We love being hosts, meeting new and interesting people, sharing some laughs and stories. We love to give recommendations to see different venues in the tristate area, and the many different varieties of restaurants in Covington/Northern Kentucky, Indiana and Cincinnati Ohio.

This 1904 brick house is cozy and quaint with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths . With a living room and dining room for 6 - 8. A breakfast bar and newly updated kitchen. The neighborhood is small, in the city limits but a country atmosphere. Many beautiful homes throughout the city of Covington.

2 story Brick home with leaded glass and stained glass windows , pocket doors, stained woodwork. Fenced in back yard. Within walking distance to Bards burger, the Roost coffee shop, Green Lantern, Kealoha’s Kitchen and 4 different churches.
