Disfruta de un gran patio con fabulosas vistas al mar junto a una piscina para tu tiempo libre. Casa privada amueblada con buen gusto con impresionantes vistas del océano. ¡Practique snorkel / nade en el océano y visite uno de los hermosos y coloridos arrecifes de coral o bucee / pesque pargos y langostas desde nuestro patio trasero! El área exterior tiene un patio cubierto con una habitación adyacente para lavadora / secadora.
Hay tres habitaciones. El dormitorio principal incluye una cama King Size, amplio armario con vestidor, baño conectado y vistas al mar. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen Size y vistas al mar. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV y reproductores de DVD. Hay Internet de alta velocidad incluido, solo traiga una computadora portátil. Hermosa sala de estar abierta, comedores y cocina, todos con vista al mar. Nuestra villa privada frente al mar se encuentra en Yamacraw Hill Road, en la isla de Nueva Providencia, Nassau.

It was amazing to stay right on the water and to have a pool. The house is spacious with plenty of kitchen supplies to be able to cook for ourselves. There are three bedrooms and a pull out couch although we didn’t need that many places to sleep! The location is literally on a main road. We rented a car and I loved being able to get around easily. The house is close to grocery stores and eateries. Catherine was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We had a great vacation here.

The property was super nice. Backyard is literally the ocean, we got to fish a little bit and kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice and quiet and relaxing.

We’re happy everyone had an awesome vacation at Ocean Paradise! OceN Paradise is literally on the Ocean with steps into the sea! There’s a huge sundeck approximately 10’ x 100 feet extending Between the home and the Sea. This is a private home with private pool for our guests only. Our guests Enjoy fishing snappers ans other fish from our sundeck. The sea is warm almost all year round, truly a paradise!

This was an excellent rental, located in a great location. Access to the ocean out the back door was a huge plus. Relatively close to Nassau if you want to rent a charter or visit a resort. Great place to relax and enjoy the Bahamas.

This was the perfect location for our family of 5. We loved the ocean view and the pool. It was convenient to the grocery stores and an easy drive to downtown. Totally recommend!

We loved our 7 days here. Most everything worked as its described. The morning sunrise is the best view on the island. Only down side is the pans are not non stick so cooking was a little challenge at first. It's in a Very quiet neighborhood and we had manta and spotted eagle rays swim by every morning. The beach just up the road is the nicest one around it.

Home was good for the price. Did not receive check in instructions until the morning of after calling the host on her cell phone. There was no cleaning supplies for the kitchen: dish soap or dishwasher pods. We had to go buy some. On our 3rd day the cleaning lady bought some by. The trash had not been picked up from the trash bins in awhile it was overflowing. We had to put trash next to the trash cans on the ground. We also ran out of toilet paper. This home could be perfect with some love. Needs a little extra TLC and extra basic supplies or put in the listing you need to purchase these items.

Our stay at this oceanfront villa was absolutely perfect. The property is even more stunning than the photos—breathtaking views, relaxing ocean breezes, and total privacy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort, from the spacious bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and dining outdoors each evening. Ideal for couples or small groups—truly a five-star experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderfull vacation at this Villa. Very well located on the sea with several activities on site and near by.We were well supported by the host on planning our trip including several tips. As a note, a car is a must to visit the island.

Thank you for the great review! Ocean Paradise is a beautiful private home directly on the ocean, just 34 steps and you’re in the sea. Sit and relax while watching sail boats and other water activities from our rear patio! Just bring along your snorkeling gear!!!

We almost lost the property because for 3 days leading up to our arrival the host stopped responding. The day we arrived she was unreachable and Vrbo was about to put us up in a hotel. We drove to the house anyway and happened to see the cleaning lady who let the host know we were there to which she finally responded. The positives are that the view out back and the pool are beautiful. The house and everything in it are very old. We had no access to a washer and dryer, pool floats were all deflated, living room tv had 3 channels and and a DVD player that didn't work. The front gate wouldn't close, and the bathroom door didn't close properly either. It is clear that no one takes care of the property on a regular basis. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

Hello Maria, We’re Happy that the home was beautiful! We are sorry that upon your arrival, we had just recently Integrated VRBO with our own website. As a result, Vrbo removed their calendar which I depended upon each day. Then I was told by vrbo that Any bookings that was booked PRIOR to the integration was NOT listed on my new website calendar. After your arrival, I learned from VRBO that prior bookings were not automatically transferred to my new website calendar. Btw, the grill was hand made last year by a local Bahamian man. I hired him to handmake a grill for our home October of last year because all of the grills purchased from local retailers did not last very long on the seaside. Those other photos are on the end, far side of home which Is where our water holding tank is located, utility side panel, Pump for water, pool, etc and not intended for use by guest. I agree, our lawn guy should have mowed it recently. Why was the wash house not accessable? I wish you would have made mentioned all of the above when we spoke upon your arrival. As You never mentioned you could access the washroom. Btw, we just installed brand new hurricane windows in the entire home. Thank you for your review!

We loved the house, especially the pool! We swam in the pool every day. The house was clean, well stocked, and being right on the water was spectacular! The host was great to work with. She was helpful and attentive. Check in was easy. And she allowed for us to check out late the day we left too. We absolutely loved our stay!

Location is beautiful and quiet

Location is beautiful and quiet, it’s just aways from town. We rented a car since there were 7 of us and that worked just perfect. Host is excellent at responding and communicating. We had a great time! Pool was nice, although we did swim in the ocean everyday.

We're delighted to hear everyone swam in the ocean everyday! Amazingly, the ocean is warm all year round and guests can swim in the crystal clear sea everyday. Ocean Paradise is a few steps (approximately 35 steps) into to sea! It's an amazing experience to view the picturesque ocean while relaxing on our large sundeck! It is beautiful, quiet, restful and relaxing to hear, smell, and taste the awesome ocean air! We do recommend leasing a car and know of a local, reliable car rental company to recommend. Just bring along your snorkel gear!

Thank you for your awesome Review! Ocean Paradise is an absolutely amazing home on the seaside or some may say the ocean. The sea is crystal clear and warm most of the year! It's heaven on earth as we feel the sea breeze, hear the waves alongside the seawall, and smell the salty, fresh sea breeze! Many of our guests swim, snorkel, and fish at the rear of our oceanfront home, Ocean Paradise. Just bring along your snorkel gear!!!

This place is everything!!

I couldnt have gotten an easier check in process for an amazing property. And the ocean right off the back of the villa sold me!!! Not a thing out of place on this home.

Perfect ocean view

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had many extras to help our stay be fun. There were games, books, swimming and beach supplies. The kitchen worked well for feeding all six of us. We especially enjoyed the back porch seating and steps right down to the water.

A Paradise indeed

Amazing location, perfect for people like us enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, a short drive away from shopping centers and activities. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing at the property and the swimming pool was a plus for our teens. The house was great for us and I would have given a 5-star rating with a bit better maintenance. Overall, we had a great time.

There are many things to do at the Ocean Paradise including, swimming, snorkeling in search of coral reefs. While snorkeling, we found a gorgeous reef with four crawfish, we saw many Starfish along our way, what a wonderful experience! It's a great place for sitting on the patio and reading a book, relaxing in the warmth of the sun or have a swim in the private pool and go to sleep in the hammock alongside of the villa.
Our guests enjoy a swim/snorkel from our back patio.
