We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised. We “moved” in one evening and spent the next few days seeing Roswell and visiting Lincoln and Capitan. The evenings we spent enjoying movies and games at “home” and meals in Roswell. Very enjoyable for us all!

The only thing I liked about the place was the fact it was clean. The beds were so uncomfortable that we could barely sleep the whole time we were there. They have some kind of weird automatic thermostat system so you wake up in the middle of night sweating because the temperature's been changed from what you set it at. They advertised a fire pit and literally the smallest log was 9 in. You could start a forest fire with that but you sure couldn't use it in a fire pit. There's there's some kind of lame river rock all over the backyard that when it's 90 outside, the rocks are 90 so you can't walk on them. The fire pit is surrounded by rocks so you can't take anything out there to have a drink because there's no place to set it because it'll fall over. You would be scared to death to take a glass beer out there because if it broke, because of those stupid rocks you would be looking for glass shards for hours. I do not recommend staying here at all until the mattresses are changed and they figure out how to properly give their guests wood for a fire pit

Comfortable and convenient

It was great we stayed there to do the whole alien thing for the purpose of are stay i thought it could have been geared toward a little more alien friendly lol maby a mimi crash site in the back yard or something but i also realize not everyone is there for the same thing it was a very pleasant stay thank you sunrise

This house was very nicely decorated and clean. The backyard was a great place to hang out. It was too hot for a fire, but the fire pit looked amazing. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay.

Wedding house stay

We had our wedding this weekend and I couldn't stay at our house the night before so we rented this house so I can sleep there and get ready there the day of the wedding. Gorgeous house so clean beautiful. Would book again. Beautiful house!!!

A GREAT STAY!!

We had a great stay at the Sunrise in Roswell! The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The proximity to Main St and many of the local attractions was perfect! And the communication with Carmen the host was easy, quick and positive! We would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Roswell for a relaxing time!

Fantastic place!

What a great place for us to stay with our 2 dogs! Wonderful private, safe and secure backyard for our furbabies. Very nice neighborhood and also excellent area to safely walk our 2 on a daily basis.Carmen was very attentive and the place was immaculate. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful house!

We visited Roswell for a few reasons the main one being my brother and his little family. We had a reunion basically. The house was amazing and beautiful inside and out. The kids and my chihuahua loved playing in the yard. Everyone is still talking about how perfect the house is/was. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Everything was tidy and clean when we got in after a long day of traveling. The table games were enjoyed by everyone in the house. Everything in town is minutes away from where the house is located. Once again thank you for allowing us to all be together under the same roof!

Great stay!

My friend and I met here for the weekend with our 4 kids. We made smores in the fire pit, played games i the back yard and very much enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend if you are looking to visit this quirky little alien town!

Everything it said it would be

the backyard had a nice fire pit with wood all ready for us to use…plenty of supplies and utensils for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had with the host were promptly answered..

Family weekend

A beautiful and clean house with everything we need, we feel at home. It was very nice for us to find some drinks for us in the refrigerator and also some sweets for the children, another thing in the kitchen there were condiments, so I only bought what I needed to cook ,there was from shampoo to laundry detergent, the truth is that I didn’t have much need to buy. Thank you very much Carmen for receiving us that way.

Great Stay

This home could serve as a model home. Very well decorated and furnished. Fully equipped with every appliance and utensil anyone would need. The bed was very comfortable, and bathrooms were excellent.Sammy, our schnauzer, really enjoyed the large back yard. This property was exactly as advertised!!
