The agency Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers for rent, in the town of Coti-Chiavari, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea view and close to the beach, with an area of 125 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 40 m 2, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 300 m 2. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 40 m2 with sofa, TV and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Three bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160 200) and their private bathroom (with shower)
