Inspiring historical home in OTR remodeled into a modern, luxurious getaway that captures the essence of Cincinnati. Walk to any sport stadium, stroll through Washington Park, or stay in and have a drink at your own bar. Findlay Market is just 10 away- stop there to grab fresh ingredients for a dinner in. Music Hall is right out the door and the new TQL stadium is five minutes away. All furniture, kitchen supplies, BBQ are brand new and the basement is newly remodeled into a game room and bar. This four story home will put you in the perfect location to explore everything you want in Over The Rhine.

The place was spotless, the beds and pillows so comfy. We were in town for a football game which was a very easy walk to and from the game (about a mile). Although we were not there long, it had everything we would have needed; it was very well stocked. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was perfect for my team members for our annual mid-year meeting. The location was great for individuals new to the area... the location is next to many bars and restaurants in addition to Washington Park.

A great location near the baseball football and soccer stadiums. Plenty of local restaurants with excellent food nearby. They had concerts in the park across the street and flea market. A lot of fun for the family.

Family weekend

The house was great. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. We had 10 people including 3 kids there and everyone had plenty of space. It can big loud due to the open stairs. Only issue was front door keypad doesn't always cooperate . Park across the street was very nice also.

This house is in the best location. Walking distance to all the stadiums and casino. We didnt need to take any ubers for bars or restaurants. Cant wait to come back and stay at the same house. The house is neat and clean!! Thanks again Tracie!!!

The location is amazing! The property had plenty of room for a small bachelorette party and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in OTR. Parking in the Washington Park garage was also extremely convenient.

Great family or group rental

Five of us were in Cincy for a family wedding. Owner graciously let us check in an hour early as we had wedding obligations the first day. Thank you! The unit was very clean and convenient to where we needed to be. Amenities in the townhouse are great. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen setup, good linens, and well-appointed baths. We didn’t know that it was Pride parade weekend, so there was some noise, but earplugs are handily provided Owner was easy to reach and work with. A very nice stay.

Overall we had a good experience. Spent 2 nights in early June. Our only complaint is coming into the house, and the thermostat was set on 80. By the time we went to bed, the upstairs was only down to 76 - not ideal sleeping conditions. And the next day we were gone until 10pm - came home and the thermostat was set on like 80 again. I would suggest the owners change the Nest program while people are staying during 80 degree days so that the home stays at a decent temperature.

Exactly what we needed

We can not say enough about our stay in this house. The location was perfect - close to the streetcar stops which we used more than we drove - and close to great restaurants and bars. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 + my parents + my sister. The owners were extremely responsive to any and all of our questions - even helping us coordinate collecting items that we accidently left in the house. The kitchen was so stocked and organized, there were plenty of linens for all of us. Having access to the Washington Park parking garage was an extra bonus that came in very handy. We highly recommend this house and would be more than happy to stay there again!

The house is comfortable, well organized, well-stocked and very conveniently located. Parking in the garage 1/2 a block from the house worked well. There was construction in the street in front of the house during our stay but it looked like that work could be completed fairly quickly. We'd happily rent it again.

The place was great! It was just a short walk to all the great restaurants we wanted to visit. The place was super clean. Check-in and Check-out instructions were very clear. Fantastic Location/Beautiful Home

Our stay was great! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants , and Paycor Stadium for the Bengals game. The home was spotless and beautiful! We loved the fact that each couple had their own space and private bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed…and more! Evenings were a bit noisy due to bar next door, but this was addressed by previous customers so we knew what to expect.Thanks so much for providing the perfect spot for our family getaway weekend!

Perfect OTR location

The perfect location for an OTR weekend. Our entire group kept raving about how we could walk everywhere. The check in and out process was smooth. The parking garage was even closer than I thought and it was only $22 for an entire weekend. Everything about the weekend was great and I would definitely book again when going to OTR

We are a California family who left our heart in Cincinnati. When we decided to host a vacation rental, we knew a home in OTR would be the perfect way to share our love for the city with others and be able to visit whenever we wanted to. There's no place like the Queen City.

We love the history of Cincinnati and the history you find in Over The Rhine. Cincinnati is a part of our family history and we are thrilled to be sharing it with others who want to explore the city. This home was built in 1883 and has gone through many transformations. You are now part of its history and its continuing story.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This was a remodel project that took over 9 months to complete. The finished basement with a concrete floors and bar give this space a unique flavor. You can't beat the location - everything is within walking distance. There's even a signature cocktail bar right next door.
