100m² of living spaces on the first floor: 2 living rooms each with a wood stove, a dining kitchen of 30m² equipped with an oven, hob and all the kitchen essentials, a back kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a fridge and a dishwasher, a toilet, as well as a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a garden not overlooked of 1700m².

SLEEPING AREAS
On the 2 upper floors of the house, you will find 5 suites each with their brand new private bathroom, equipped with a shower, a toilet and a vanity unit. The rooms are equipped with superior hotel quality bedding purchased in 2025 and made in France.

In total, the house can comfortably accommodate 14 people with:

The rooms have storage units and blackout curtains. Bed linen and household linen are provided. Beds are made on arrival, cleaning (dishwashing liquid, sponge, dish towels) and kitchen utensils (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar) are provided. All you have to do is put your suitcases down!

ENVIRONMENT AND ACTIVITIES
Shops (supermarkets, bakery, butcher, restaurants, caterer, cellar), the market, the tourist office and the TGV station of Rosporden are 3 minutes away by car. As for the beaches, and many places for excursions and leisure (Quimper, Concarneau, La Foret Fouesnant, Pont Aven) everything is within a 20-minute radius by car.
For cyclists, a greenway will take you to the beach towards Concarneau or inland to Roscoff. Fishing ponds are located 2 minutes away by car in the town of Rosporden. An indoor swimming pool is also accessible 5 minutes away by car.
