The bright and inviting living area is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a television for catching up on your favourite shows, and a dining table for four, ideal for shared meals and memorable conversations.

The private balcony has seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. It features a cooking plate, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary cookware and utensils to make your culinary experience effortless.
The apartment has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It also has a desk, perfect for working remotely.
There are also two fans for your comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your security, a smoke detector is installed.

You will also have access to a parking spot in the building's garage.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated on the charming Rue de Navarre in Serris, this accommodation enjoys a peaceful residential setting just minutes from world-famous attractions. Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios Park are less than a 10-minute drive (or a short bus/train ride) away, making it perfect for magical getaways.

Guests can walk to the Val d'Europe Shopping Center, the La Vallée Village luxury outlet, and various restaurants and cafés. The neighbourhood offers a safe, family-friendly atmosphere with parks, green spaces, and easy access to public transport (RER A and bus stops are nearby).

The property is conveniently connected to central Paris (around 40 minutes by train) and major transport hubs and is convenient for both leisure and business stays.

The nearest RER station, Val d'Europe (line A), is about a 20-minute walk.

Paris Orly and Paris Charles de Gaulle airports are approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
