• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
• Guest will need to present their ID and credit card for deposit.
• A refundable deposit of $300 is required

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

This apartment was lovely and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities and good instructions for check in and out. Also basement parking for a fee.The location was absolutely ideal, we walked everywhere around the French Quarter and to the Paddle Steamer dinner cruise we had booked. Highly recommend this apartment!

Great location

Everything was great. The only downside was the construction going on outside, which was noisy and no fault of the property, and there were no wash cloths. But the unit was perfect for us and I’d gladly stay there again.

Decent stay

Decent stay ideal location for those wanting to access Bourbon and the French Quarter (both in walking distance). My door handle on the interior was broken which caused a hassel to leave the room each time and I paid for my parking spot and couldn’t park in it because someone else was parked in it causing me to have to park in a different number spot than the one I paid for and nothing was done about the car in my spot.

Ok location but could’ve been a bit cleaner.

Stayed here from Wed-Mon for the Super Bowl. The building was in need of cleaning/deodorization. The condo wasn’t very clean and the windows were cloudy. I would have been great for a group of college students, but even my son cringed when he saw the couch was grimey.

Great place to stay

It was far enough away that you weren’t disturbed by the partying but close enough that going to Bourbon Street was pretty quick. We did have a difficult time finding the parking garage as it is inside the building and the door is not marked at all. If they would’ve said it was ON Elk Place and that Cleveland Ave ended right where the garage door was, that would’ve been very helpful. Also, I never received anything but the parking spot number until I called Hosteeva to find the structure. It was also confusing using VRBO and Hosteeva because the payments made did not show up on VRBO. It made me very nervous.
