Great house with awesome amenities very close to the ag center and airport. We were in town for a horse show at the ag center, so it was nice being a short 5-10 minute drive from there. We frequently this part of Fletcher multiple times a year and this house is one I will definitely try and book again for future stays.

The house is in a quiet family neighborhood and has a nice yard if you have a dog. Very comfortable with a nice big living room with recliner sectional couch. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need to cook meals. This is a great place to stay especially if you are in the area for an event at the agricultural center!

Nice place to stay in Fletcher

The house was in a very convenient location for us and met our needs. Having an office to work out of came in handy while we were there. Everything was clean and we would stay here again when we're in Fletcher.

Great Greensboro Getaway

Arrived at property early (escaped HELENE- NC mtns) check in flawless. King bed comfortable. Our furbaby loved the big yard. Easily accessable to all of the city, our family functions and restaurants. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely home

I love the area where it’s at. Neighbors seem welcoming as well… the house was very beautiful and the bed was super comfy not like other places I’ve been before it truly feels like home away from home also the communication between Terri and Brett were answered in a reasonable and fast manner… I will definitely be back in the future

Convenient to WNC Ag Ctr & Asheville

We spent the weekend at this lovely home for a horse event at the Western NC Agricultural Center. This home is within 10 mins of the Ag Ctr. It is also convenient to a grocery store and several places to eat. Overall great experience. Thank you for hosting!

Month in the mountains

My wife and I just 4 weeks at this property and we’re thrilled with it! It was clean, great location between Asheville and Hendersonville and well stocked with all that we needed. I spoke to the owner a number of times and they were more than willing to help us with anything we needed! I truly did not want to leave!

Great house for our needs

In town for my nephew's wedding. Within 10 minutes of airport and where wedding was held. Short drive to Asheville with great restaurants. Nice neighborhood for walking the dogs; everyone friendly. Owners very responsive. Thank you. Hope to be back!

Wonderful House for a family gathering

We have young grandchildren and many of the houses in the area are multi level. This was the perfect house for playing in the yard and also not having to keep small kids off stairs. The house seems very large for the square footage because of the high ceilings and the neighborhood was pleasantly quiet and relaxing

Love the area!

We lived in Fletcher for 5 yrs. After my husband died, I moved back to IL but I really miss WNC. My daughter lives in the area and I fly back every year for the Fiber Fest. Great girls weekend. House close to the Ag Center, restaurants and just about anything else you want to do.

Quiet neighborhood

What a great place to stay! This house has ample space for you and your friends and even your pets. It’s set back in a quiet neighborhood. The driveway has a lot of space for multiple vehicles. The house has decent appliances and utensils if you plan on cooking while you’re there. There is a back patio that has a table outside if you want to Sit outside. It is the perfect home if you want to visit Asheville, Chimney Rock, and pretty place chapel. We highly recommend staying here.

Brett and Terri, our favorite thing about our Fletcher house is it is less than 10 minutes from our daughter and her husband and our three wonderful granddaughters! We plan to spend the summers there full time when we retire, but for now we just go when we can.
