It's the first time this amazing condo is on a rental site and has been recently and completely renovated with all new furniture, four Smart flatscreen TVs (including a 65 ' in the living room), upgraded HD TV channels, and upgraded high-speed Internet for streaming on the Smart TVs. This retreat also features luxury vinyl plank and tile floors. With a wide array of activities on-site, there will be no delay in filling each vacation day with endless beach memories. When days heat up, the gulf-front shared pools, beach access, and hot tubs will be perfect for getting your fill of Vitamin D. Not to mention, you can take advantage of the shared fitness facility, sauna, or indoor pool if you want a break from the heat. When you find yourself spending some downtime at home base, the fun doesn't have to stop, as you can easily spend hours on the wraparound balcony with a cold drink and a new book in hand to really embrace the slow coastal lifestyle. Inside, everyone can spread out in the living room while favorite shows stream on the flatscreen TV or show off some culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen. Don't worry about needing to get a bit of work done while away, as there is free high-speed WiFi available throughout the complex! The main bathroom has a walk-in tile shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
