Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds (160x200), dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Spacious closets are available for your belongings, so you can truly feel at home.

The spacious bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub, while the toilet is separate for added convenience.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and enjoy peace of mind with a smoke detector installed for your safety.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

The Batignolles neighborhood, located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, is loved for its village-like atmosphere and bohemian charm. Explore its peaceful streets lined with cozy cafés, small shops, and artisan boutiques. Take a stroll through Martin-Luther-King Park, a modern green space featuring themed gardens and playgrounds. Don’t miss Rue des Moines, famous for its lively markets and diverse restaurants. Batignolles is the perfect area to experience an authentic and relaxed side of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Pereire (line 3), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
