The top floor boasts a luxe primary suite, highlighted by an inviting jetted tub. Gather for happy hour in the incredible great room, configured with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and tons of plush seating. Whip up delicious dishes in the gorgeous full kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Or grill out and dine alfresco on one of two roomy balconies. A guest bathroom on this level adds convenience.
The entry level is home to the game room, where you’ll find a full-size pool table and another gas fireplace. Three bunk rooms, a guest bathroom, and a covered deck round out this level’s layout. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi. Families will appreciate the addition of a high chair and Pack ‘n Play.
THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning
No shoes of any kind in the home
In winter, chains or a 4x4 vehicle may be required, depending on the weather. Please check road conditions to see if they are needed. Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories, especially during Winter storms.
WiFi can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
