Maison Sainte Cécile near beach and shops, pets welcome

Superb house with 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the first floor, close to the beach and shops with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends.
The accommodations are totally enclosed, pets are accepted with pleasure if they do not make any damage.
There is a shower room.
Beautiful terrace facing east, south and west. etc ...
The accommodation
the house is very bright and pleasant.
Everything is planned for a stay with a baby, master bedroom with wooden cot, wall-mounted changing table, baby bath, high chair, etc ....
We also have a play area for the children.
The TV in the living room is connected to
Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +
The kitchen is very well equipped, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, senseo, dishwasher etc...

You will also find a total basement where you can store many things.
The laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board with steam generator is also in the basement.

on the outside side, a macadam driveway and a carport to put the car dry. Several vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
The living and dining room open through three French windows onto a beautiful triple exposure terrace, east, south and west, enough to enjoy the sun all day long. An awning is also present to protect you from the sun if necessary.

A concrete barbecue is available for your barbecues.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Sainte Cecile, 400m from the beach and shops.

You will spend a quiet stay far enough from the hustle and bustle of the esplanade while being close enough to walk there in 5 minutes.
The tranquility of the neighborhood must be preserved by the tenants, no parties are allowed.

Linen charges include bed linen and towels.
Cleaning is done by the concierge but the house must still be left in good condition (minimum one sweep)

Other remarks
Sainte Cécile has a large majority of its beach allowed for dogs. The closest to the house is to go to the beach by the boat path and you can go down to the beach and take to the left. There is a sign forbidden to dogs but only for the supervised part. Out of season, the whole beach is allowed for dogs!
