Lilly's Pad "HOME AWAY FROM HOME"

Lilly’s Pad is a nightly rental house located in the town limits of Haysi Virginia. It's about 15 minutes to Breaks Interstate Park and John Flannagan Reservoir. Being in town it's very close to all the amenities offered by the town such as restaurants, gas stations, stores to purchase provisions, coffee, and gift shops. The Pad is perfect if you need a place to stay when visiting family and friends.

The Pad has a full-size kitchen, bathroom, living room, and one bedroom. This Pad has everything someone will need for their stay; shampoo, conditioner, pots, dishes, towels, linens, TV, Internet, etc. The Pad can accommodate four guests.

Lilly's Pad was perfect for our trip to the area. Super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Easy drive to Breaks Interstate Park. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient to Breaks and Haysi

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Lily’s Pad! It is very clean, comfortable and convenient as we visit family in Haysi. This time the guys went to Breaks Interstate Park for the Elk Viewing Tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be back!

Great location for Haysi area

Lilly’s Pad was the perfect place for a short stay while we visited our Danton the area. It is near downtown and although on the highway, the bedroom is in the back and with the creek running across the back of the property, we heard no street noise! It was clean and had plenty of towels and blankets. Heat worked well and we were very comfortable! Lily has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable and welcome! We will definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for Exploring the Breaks

We enjoyed a really comfortable stay at Lilly's Pad! Well appointed and comfortable with all the right appliances, this was a great distance from the Breaks Interstate park for the hiking my small family was interested in. We brought our own food for meals which was a good idea for this very small rural community, but it was no trouble. Our young daughter was able to make a friend at the kids playground in town, which was an unexpected highlight!

Definate winner

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out this was a perfect stay. Welcoming, clean, homey, charming, well stocked, convient location, great communication are all ways to describe this property. It sits close to the road and there is a lot of traffic, especially in the morning. The bedroom is strategically placed in the rear of the home and closing the sliding door into the living room eliminates most of the road noise. From now on this will be our home away from home when we come to Haysi.

Cozy clean and comfy

The house was so cozy and cute right downtown in the middle of Haysi which is great because there aren’t many places to stay in the town. The house is very clean and felt very comfortable.

Hello, my name is Lilly. I have lived here in Haysi all my life. I love my home town. I come from a family of fifteen. I have worked as a hairdresser for several years and as a nurse for the past twenty-seven years. I enjoy walking, hiking, and being around family and friends. I am married to Darrell Thacker and we have a daughter named Hannah. We enjoy camping and riding our bikes also. In the early 90's I worked in this building as a hairdresser. I'm blessed to have this opportunity now to host this property.
