Now that you know where you are make yourself at home with everything you need to prepare your family meals including Keurig Duo coffee maker and complimentary coffee and teas. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances to include full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and plenty of cookware to make preparing a meal a breeze. Basic oils, sugar & spices are on hand to save you an immediate trip to the store. When it's time to eat enjoy seating for 6 in the dining room or flow out to the screened in porch and sun porch to grill your evening meal!
There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, smart flat panel t.v's in the Living room and bedrooms 1 & 2. Connect through complimentary Wifi and Google Smart Home is in house to help you listen to music or find nearby favorite restaurants and shopping.
When its time to retire you will find Luxe memory foam King mattress in Master and a Queen size bed in the guest room as well as sleeping for 4 in the bunk room with daybed/ trundle which are twin mattress' and the bunk has a twin up and down for the kiddos!
Comfortable bedding and extra pillows as well as Turkish towels for premium comfort in the bath- hair dryer and make up towelettes are on hand as shampoos, conditioners and body wash are provided for your convenience. The Master suite is outfitted with a shower/ tub combo and the guest bathroom has been equipped with walk in rain shower. You will also find for your convenience Washer and Dryer available for use and complimentary pods to save you an immediate need to go to the store.
Find your bliss in the expansive Private back yard with sun porch & lounge chairs with Chimnea to enjoy small fires and BBQ Gas grill for true Florida living!
Enjoy coffee in the screened in porch area or unwind and read a book- we left a few on site for you to peruse. Beach towels and beach gear on hand for your use.
