Modern and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment for upto 4 people at ease, packed with many affordable food options, including on-demand food, restaurants, etc. Also within walking distance are cafes, restaurants, fields, jamuna future park(also known as the biggest mall in bangladesh), bazars, mosque and many more. Thanks to being located at the heart of Bashundhara or a very tranquil and diverse part of it, all required conveniences are around the corner. With paid parking and peaceful community.
The space
Guest(s) will have access to:
1 parking spot on the ground floor.(with payment)
3 fully furnished bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 floor mattress.(The master bedroom has a tv attached to the wall). 1 of the three bedrooms can also be used as an office room with a workbench full with amenities such as headphones, pens, pencils, note pad(s), stapler, wifi and books. All bedrooms beside the office room has 1 attached bathroom and balcony to them.
1 glass dining table for upto 6 people with attached living room with 2 high quality sofas.
beside the living room is the kitchen with 1 microwave, dual gas stoves, 1 stainless steel sink, 1 ventilator, 1 refrigerator and some starter utensils, pots, pans, water filter. Along with some basic amenities like a sample amount of oil, salt, sugar, etc.

All rooms have pedestal fans, and a stand-by generator is always ready incase of power outs.
