Carefully renovated apartment with a view of the sea in Saint Cado

Apartment in a charming house in the heart of the fishing village, Saint Cado, on the Ria d'Etel.
Welcome to our beautiful stone house renovated with natural materials and traditional techniques, respecting its ancient character. Located 50 meters from the port, it is divided into three independent apartments, each occupying one floor.
The layout designed by us has been designed to optimize the space and offer you as much comfort as possible.

Bright accommodation of 43m2 under the eaves (2nd and last floor), with a 160cm double bed, an open bathroom, an equipped kitchen, and a living room with television. Sea view on both sides at high tide.

A few steps from the accommodation, you will find a small beach, kayak and paddle rental in the summer season, walks along the river, as well as two bars and a restaurant.

The village of Belz is accessible on foot/by bike, with all the shops necessary for your stay.

Bike rental available in Belz (Les Vélo de la Ria).

10 minutes from the ocean, 15 minutes from the surf spots, and 15 minutes from Auray train station.

The outdoor areas of the house (terrace and courtyard) are shared. In order for everyone to fully enjoy the outdoors, we ask the occupants to be polite, respectful, and to share the space in a friendly spirit.

The village is accessible by car with free public parking nearby.
The nearest train station is located in Auray (15 min by car). Buses are available between the train station and the Belz post office (20min walk from the accommodation). Check the timetable before booking.
