Spectacular bluff views facing west. Magnificent sunsets!
This bluff rental is located on the lower level of the house. It is completely separate from the upper flat/floor where the owner lives. It has its own private entrance, which includes a massive deck that faces west toward the bluff. The house is approximately 70 feet from the bluff. The bluff views, sunsets are magnificent! This will accommodate 4 people. No parties or events allowed. The owner lives upstairs on a completely separate floor.
Please note the very steep driveway. The parking options: mid-level for one vehicle (see picture) or at the top of the steep driveway in either of the two gravel spaces. When icy or snow you must park at the top of the driveway.
The only entrance to the VRBO is via the glass sliding door located on the lower rear deck.
Just follow the small stairs to the right of the garage door and then the rock pathway to the lower rear deck. The glass sliding door will be unlocked just prior to your expected arrival time.
We are Eastern time zone here on Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
Please note the house rules pertaining to absolutely no parties or gatherings. The maximum amount of guests at any one time is 4. Please do not invite guests in addition to your specified reservation number.

This property has some of the most spectacular bluff views on Lookout Mountain! The massive lower deck allows the guests to sit and take in the bluff views that allows them to see for 40+ miles. The flagstone patio with a firepit allows guests to sit no more than 15 feet from the bluff's edge. Please see all the pictures I have posted. The neighborhood is very quiet and the road is a dead-end road....so there is very little traffic.
The driveway is very steep. Please consider this when deciding whether or not to stay here. Children must be accompanied by their parents when a outside due to the close proximity of the bluff (which drops about 150 feet onto rocks and trees). Please see the pictures of the small stairs leading to the rock pathway that leads to the lower rear deck. The entrance to the VRBO is via the glass sliding door located on the lower rear deck. The glass sliding door will be unlocked.

This property is located 15 minutes from Rock City and 20 minutes from Ruby Falls.
The drive off of Lookout Mountain to the city of Chattanooga is about 25 minutes. Chattanooga has a plethora of things to do and see. Cloudland Canyon is about a 25 minute drive from my house. There are 2 spectacular water falls and many hiking trails.
I have left brochures on the coffee table in the great room regarding all of the aforementioned attractions.
If you have come to get away from everything this VRBO is the place to accomplish your goal.
If you come to party and be loud this VRBO is not for you. Parties, events, gatherings are prohibited.
