The front of the property is shaded by trees and has a large driveway that doubles as a basketball court for guests to enjoy. In the back of the home, there is a large yard with a tire swing and fire pit where guests can gather and relax.
At the back of the yard, stairs lead down to a beautiful gazebo. The gazebo features a screened-in room and a panoramic deck where guests can sit in Adirondack chairs and take in breathtaking views. Down the stairs from the gazebo is a private dock, perfect for fishing or lounging on inner tubes. Guests can also use the dock to park their boats or jet skis, and the stairs leading down to the dock have been recently reinforced with support railings for added safety.
Inside the home, the kitchen appliances are fully functioning and have been recently replaced or repaired within the last 12 months. The home is very spacious and comfortable, with four standing fans to keep the air circulating during the warmer months. Additionally, the newest addition to the property is a 4-person hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the Adirondacks.
