This view is well worth it; you have to climb a little higher up a small road to reach it. The setting is peaceful, with only a few houses surrounding the villa.



The Diamant Beach, the town of Le Diamant, shops, and restaurants are approximately 3 km away.

Built in 2022, this 240m² luxury villa boasts a modern design and quality furnishings.



Spread over two levels, all rooms in the villa enjoy sweeping sea views. The villa includes:



On the ground floor:

- Two independent, air-conditioned studios measuring 30m² with a queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room, small equipped kitchen, table and chairs. One of the studios connects to the living room, while the other is accessible via the terrace.

- One spacious 70m² living room with a lounge area with a television and a dining area for 10 people, offering amazing sea views.

- One very well-equipped kitchen, located in the living room.

- One guest toilet.



The upper level includes:

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed and shower room accessible from the mezzanine

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200), private shower room, and small terrace

- 1 mezzanine furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for older children or teenagers. The original mezzanine includes a hanging net overlooking the living room!



Off the living room, you'll enjoy the large terrace with outdoor seating, as well as the salt-water pool surrounded by six sun loungers and a pool lounger.
