Newly renovated 3/2.5 home overlooking Mission Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood central to all the attractions San Diego offers. The one story open floorplan is perfect for friends and families whishing to spend quality time together.

The newly remodeled stadium kitchen is a true chef's delight with state of the art ovens offering steam, convection and pizza options. A 6 burner Thermador gas cooktop with true simmer. Kitchen also has a well stocked condiments and spices. On the opposite end of the open great room is a full size wet bar to inspire any mixologist.

Retractable glass door spans almost entirely across the rear of the home spilling out to the covered patio and huge deck. Endless opportunities to enjoy the bay views, Sea World fireworks (seasonal) and hilltop breezes can be had from every common area as well as the master bedroom.

Host is long time San Diego resident the lives in the house part of the year and is willing to offer tips and suggestions to help you experience the best of 'Americas Finest City'.

Ten percent discount for military and first responders. Ten percent discount for stays greater than 2 weeks.

This is an absolutely lovely home with an amazing view. It is very close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and any store you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with a great assortment of pots and pans, utensils, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. - everything needed to make a meal so you can eat in and enjoy the sunset!

We had a fantastic time at Ron’s house! It was just as beautiful as the pictures show, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Ron kept us updated with clear check-in and check-out instructions, making everything easy. We were very pleased with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable.The highlight was definitely the stunning views from the deck and the accordion slider doors that opened across the entire living room—it felt so relaxing to sit in the fresh air and take it all in.I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Diego!

The asthetic of the interior couldn't be beat! Loved the artwork and furnishings. Wall of glass opening to the extensive outdoor area w/ great views & fresh air. Our party of 3 used the home lightly, primarily enjoying our R&R in the main area. Location was great for us; easy drive to many local areas. Owner was easy to work w/ from booking to check out.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Blick! Das Haus liegt günstig und ruhig gelegen, die Fahrtzeit zum Strand oder Downtown beträgt jeweils circa 15 min. und ist somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Nachbarschaft ist entspannt, sauber und ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Für unsere Zwecke war das Haus optimal und ich würde es weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful place to stay. Great view and good location. This is a great place to go if you want to sit back and relax. My family and friends enjoyed the stay as well. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t mind staying here again. The host is also very friendly and helpful.

Wedding Week

We were visiting San Diego for our daughter's wedding and needed the property to serve many purposes. Myself, husband, sister and son were staying and everyone had a bedroom to use. Flower arrangments were made the day before the wedding and we had several of my daughter's frineds over to help and then enjoy lunch. The rehersal dinner was held here with about twenty people and the outdoor space was a hit! This property did it all and I was proud to host people as the space was beautiful, parking was easy, nieghborhood was quiet, and proximity to downtown San Diego was perfect.

Beautiful home

Fully furnished and great for our group of six. Loved the artwork and homelike feeling. The back deck is wonderful for watching Sea World fireworks. Neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

A clean home with a beautiful patio overlooking Mission bay. A great place to relax with family in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and made the check in/out process seamless. I would recommend the house to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay

We came down to celebrate our son's graduation. The house is perfect for a small celebration- loved the open floor plan and windows that open out to the back porch, as well as ample street parking for guests. Neighborhood was very quiet and we met the friendly next door neighbor. Location was great for getting anywhere in San Diego. Ron was very kind and responsive to texts. Would recommend this VRBO for a family stay in San Diego!

Great Location

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to all of San Diego attractions. Close to freeway for exploring the beautiful coastline. If we return to San Diego, will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

This is a beautiful house that met all our needs. Set up on a hill overlooking the water, we spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the deck. The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Ron was terrific to deal with.

Amazing home and stay

Recently returned to SF with family and enjoyed every moment while at the VRBO. The home is beautiful, very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and it really does feel as if you’re home. We had a family of five plus my dogs and there was still plenty of space in the home. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood with easy access to the local attractions. Neighbors are friendly. The open floor plan and beautiful windows that overlook the outdoor areas was a nice addition. Weather was windy for most of the week. we were there so didn’t spend much time in the yard but this home has a great outdoor area for entertaining. Owner provides a handbook in the living room for everything you need to know so appreciated that. Parking was plentiful on the street. Aaron was very responsive from the time of booking, check in and even gave us a heads up reminder about the gardeners who were scheduled to come by. No complaints at all about this place. We had to figure out how to open the door upon check in but it was only bc we weren’t used to how the dead bolt worked but after some practice it was not an issue at all. Appreciate the attention to detail of the home and care that the owner takes to make the guests feel comfortable. Hope to return again sometime soon.Thanks Ron for a great stay! The photos don’t do the place justice as it is beautiful and well cared for.

Newly remolded home in a very quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything San Diego has to offer. Twenty minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beaches of Mission Bay, 15 minutes to Sea World (you can actually see it from the house) and 5 minutes to the restaurant/bar area of Pacific Beach. Large spacious deck with amazing views.
