With such a vibrant community within Sun City and Georgetown, this home is set up for entertaining. The large Hand Made Farmhouse Dining Table seats up to 8 comfortably for the best dinner parties. There is even a dedicated bar area!

Large Smart TVs and WiFi internet in each room with loads of channels.

The Kitchen is a culinary and coffee lovers highlight. It is fully stocked with baking and cooking equipment There is a new model Ninja Coffee machine that can be set to brew when you wake up and can make full/half pots as well as single cups. It even features a Milk Frothing option for the inclined :)
(There is also a backup single pot coffee maker on hand)

The two-car garage has plenty of room and has an attached laundry room with state-of-the-art top load washer and dryer combo.

The walking trails, restaurants and Lake are all very close and are open to the public and any guests even those staying under 2 months.

Downtown Georgetown is very close and is a must visit with an incredible town square (Voted Best In Texas) Featuring wine tasting, fine dining, play house, tap house and much more. Downtown Austin is only about a half hour drive away.

Grocery stores such as HEB, Randal's, & Walgreens are less than 5 min from the front door as well as many other shops and restaurants are so close by.

This home has all the feel of living in the private sun kissed woods while having access to so many things to see and places to visit.

At least one occupant on the the reservation must be 55 years or older per the HOA. (DL or photo ID required) (If your stay needs to be extended once you've arrived this is more than possible with enough notice given in advance to block off the days.)
