A spacious, designer-decorated home includes a comfortable living room with fireplace, a pristine and fully-stocked kitchen, laundry room, an attached 2-car garage. Pets may be welcome if pre-approved by the host.

Property is older, and has little quirks (cabinets that don't close), but it is very comfortable and well laid out. We had one hiccup on arrival, but Maura was quick to respond and correct it. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Really loved the TTU room! We were thinking about using the grill outside but it was really dirty so we decided not to. Other than that everything else was great!

Good location in Lubbock to Visit Tech

We had a nice stay and the hosts were so nice even when I mistakenly had the dates wrong of our check out. Maura connected me with her friend who also rents houses in Lubbock. Overall a good experience

Came for two day tournament. Was exactly what we needed to rest our heads after a very long day. Has a vintage flair. Only problem was a couple of kitchen drawers wouldn't open very far but it could get to what I needed from them.would stay again

Nice family rental in Lubbock

This property is located in an older nice neighborhood. Easy access to anywhere as loop nearby. Large living room dining room den open floor plan makes it really nice to visit with family with ample seating for all. We cook meals and had enough pots and pans and cooking and eating utensils to do that. Stayed cool in the Texas July heat inside. Big fenced backyard with nice grill. Beds very comfortable. Tech room a big hit with family. Owner very responsive to any questions. Pictures were accurate of house.

OLD AND DYSFUNCTIONAL

CLEAN, GOOD BEDS, ADEQUATE SUPPLIES, BUT….SO MANY THINGS WRONG. LET’S START WITH AVERAGE WRONG THEN GO TO SERIOUSLY WRONG. KITCHEN DRAWS DID NOT OPEN. NO METALTRACKS SO REALLY DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN SILVERWARE, ETC. GARAGE DOORS REALLY NEED PAINTING. WHEN PULLING INTO HOUSE FOR FIRST TIME IT LOOKS AWFUL. DRIVEWAY HAS POTHOLES AND DESPERATE NEED OF REDO. NO LAWN IN FRONT OR BACK…..VERY OLD LOOKING AND IN DISREPAIR, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN OUTER DOOR TO EXIT HOUSE FROM INSIDE HOUSE. DOORKNOB TO EXIT HOUSE IS TERRIBLY LOOSE,. ABOUT READY TO FALL OFF DOOR, MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET LIGHT DOSE NOT WORK, SOCKET IN MASTER BATH DOES NOT WORK SO NO NIGHTLIGHT OR HAIR DRIER OR CURLING IRON CAN BE USED. MASTER SINK FAUCET IS ABOUT TO COME APART. LOOSE AND SHAKY. SMAE WITH KITCHEN SINK FAUCETS. AND, TWO WORST THINGS OF ALL. AC UNIT, WHEN GOING ON, SOUNDS LIKE A SINGLE ENGINE PLANE ENGINE., SO LOUD, IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO HEAR. REALLY BAD, AND, WORSE THAN THAT IS HOT WATER HEATER, SO NOISY. SECOND BEDROOM HAS COMMON WALL WITH HEATER…CANNOT USE THE ROOM, SO LOUD IS THE NOISE. HARD TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE HOUSE HAS SUCH HIGH RATING. FIRST TIME I HAVE USED VRBO AS COMPARED TO AIR B&B. BAD COMPARISON, NO MORE VRBO FOR ME, SOIRRY TO BE SO HARSH BUT THE ABOVE ARE STATEMENTS OF FACT.!

Great Location

We stayed here for Tech family weekend last year and liked so much we booked it again for Tech Ring Ceremony weekend. Great location, very quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. The house is very clean and spacious, perfect for our family needs.

Convenient Location

Great Stay with Lots of Nice Touches

Beautiful home with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and all the needed amenities. Great location that's about 5 minutes from TTU and close to everything else. Lots of nice, plush towels, great themes in the rooms, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were also great little touches, including little shampoos and soaps in both the bathrooms, garage door opener, and a working Keurig with plenty of flavorful, k-cups. Maura was super easy to connect with and there were no issues arriving and checking in. Will definitely consider again next time we're staying in Lubbock!
