Peaceful, end-of-lane cabins fully fenced so your fur babies can play. Cabin & option for tiny guest cabin (different listing) on this rural 1.32 acres. Close to Wolf Pen Gap, (3.5 miles to trailhead roads) Fourche Mountain Trails and other area attractions including crystal mines. 14 miles from town. Fully furnished.

Sleeps 6 total with queen sleeper sofa

Property is 3.5 miles to Wolf Pen Gap Trailhead roads. Arkansas allows ATVs to travel on a highway if going to or from a trailhead.

Parking inside the gate for trucks and trailers. No trailers over 18’ (turn to cabin road is too tight)

Thank you for submitting a somewhat positive review. In case you missed it, Mena has other activities for visitors besides ATV trails. Maybe you could return in more favorable weather to check it out. As for interaction, I’m just down the road if needed, but pride ourselves for giving a guests a private and contactless check in and stay. Wishing you the best!

Beautiful property

This is a gorgeous property, that is very private. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit and looking up at the stars.

Perfect for our dogs

We were so happy to be able to include our dogs on our trip. They loved the fenced yard & I didn’t need to worry about them. Cabin was tidy and well supplied.

A lovely property off the beaten path. It is so relaxing and peaceful here. Clean, comfy, and has air conditioning. (Which is a must for me!) Comfortable bed and bedding. Clean and soft towels. Very little light pollution around so beautiful viewing of the stars. My husband and I also loved the covered porch/ patio. Including the area that is closed in, keeping bugs away! They have logs for the fire-pit and was a great place to relax and a quiet place for nice conversation.

It was a beautiful place. It was quiet and tucked away just like I was looking for. Everything we needed was at the cabin. I was able to cook and grill and just enjoy the time with my teenage kids. They both had a great time and said they want to come back again.

Cabin is at end of road with fence and total privacy The decor is wonderfully simple and pretty. All comforts of home located close to Nth trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap. Changing of the leaves was in full swing and terrain was beautiful and easy to navigate. We had great time and plan to return with some family in spring. Pups loved it!!

Beautiful cabin!

Really beautiful and quiet cabin in the middle of the woods! My mom and I wanted a quiet getaway where my dogs would be able to romp and this cabin was perfect. Host Sherry was extremely communicative and helpful. we got snowed in with a foot of snow on the private road up to the cabin. Sherry kindly found us someone who could help clear the road and get my car to the highway. We would definitely love to come back!

Fur babies...no worries!

Will definitely be back! Not having to worry about my babies was the best part of my vacation! They had a blast and didn't want to leave! Well neither did me & my husband! So nice and quiet there. Great accommodations and very nice host! Already planning next trip there with the kiddos!

Chuck Will's Widow Paradise

We so enjoyed this delightful cabin with its many thoughtful touches to make us feel right at home. We love to cook so the great assortment of pots, pans, grill, even spices etc. was put to fun use. Our small dachshund loved the provided dog treats and exploring the fenced in area. She didn't want to come home! Quiet and relaxing, the screened porch was delightful. We will definitely come back!

Amazing, dog friendly

My family and I (dog included)loved this place. I was very happy with the size of the property, my dog had plenty of space to run around and play. The host was very responsive before we arrived and even went out of her way to check the property for damage from bad weather the day of our arrival. Everything worked as it should, even the smoke detector, lol. Also i have never found a place that provides firewood. As someone who enjoys a fire it was nice not to have to supply my own. I will definitely be booking here again! Sara

DIRTY!

No way I could stay in this home again. The property is beautiful, but the dirt, mold and just nastiness was TERRIBLE. The fridge has black mold around both doors. The washer and dryer are accessible from outside. We opened the door to the 'laundry room' and it stunk so bad I had to run bleach through it twice before I could use it.

I’m sorry you were unhappy with your stay. I feel when your ATV broke the first day and your trip was cut short, you decided to leave such a salty review. This happens sometimes when travelers are upset about other things. Its been over 2 months since your stay also. I post lots of pictures of every room and yes the laundry room is accessed from outside on the wrap around deck. The fact you could not locate it (it’s literally facing the parking area, red door! ) nor figure out how to run the AC remote tells me a lot about your mentality. As for mold, this is untrue. Pictures would have been nice but I just inspected the cabin and have no idea what you’re talking about. The fridge is nearly new and well maintained. It’s scrubbed out after every stay! There is an odor in the laundry room but it’s coming from the insulation and fertilizer stored there, NOT the washer or dryer units. Your hospital sterilization type standards you imposed on our cabins set in a secluded part of rural Arkansas are ridiculous. Look at all our 5 Star reviews. They speak volumes. I think you are better suited for hotels.
