I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the view across the lagoon was superb. The location is a little challenging for those who don’t have a car, but there are buses that go along the main road if you’re patient and taxis if you’re not. There is an excellent bakery and several good restaurants within walking distance, plus a small grocery store for essential supplies.

Beautiful Place

Lovely little townhouse with an amazing view. Fabulous and convenient location (with a car). Be sure to get the PDF of how to check in/access the gate and find the right unit. Note: first floor does not mean ground floor! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

The property was perfect for us. It was centrally located and on a beautiful quiet bay. It was nice that the property was gated. The landscaping was gorgeous. Romain was very helpful during our stay. The room was clean and just as described. We have no complaints.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay at this property. The unit was very quiet and tranquil. It's right on the beach. What a view with your morning coffee. Truly spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped. If you have a car, visit the Carrefour supermarket at Colebay for a great selection of food items. There is also a smaller convenience store - Cadismarket - about 2 blocks from the property, by the gas station. The unit is air-conditioned and the bedroom upstairs comes with a fan, too. Overall, this is a great property and a great location. Baie Rouge beach is a 5 minute drive, and the Maho beach and Mullet beach (great for sunsets) is a 12-15 minute drive. Don't miss amazing French restaurants in Marigot (a 5-10 minute drive). We loved the rooftop restaurant La Terasse for a romantic sunset and great food. The host, Romain, is very responsive, hospitable, and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book with Romain again. It was a great experience! Thanks so much!
