An apartment just steps from the centre of Cannes, ideal to enjoy the city in complete simplicity. From the balcony you can enjoy the light of an Azurean sun, before reaching restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance. A convenient and comfortable foot-to-earth to discover Cannes.

HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small building near Square Mero.
From the entrance you arrive in the living room composed of a sofa bed (140x190), a smart TV and access to the balcony facing West.
The kitchen, open and fully equipped, is in the living room.
On the night side, a bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) has its ensuite shower room with toilet.
The reversible air conditioning is installed in the main room and bedroom.
Note: The wooden shutters of the living room and the bedroom do not allow to be immersed in the darkness, the daylight will pass through.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 10 minutes walk.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
