Casa típica mallorquina que data de 1830 en el año 2016 con gran atención al detalle completamente renovado con instalaciones modernas incl. calefacción por suelo radiante para el invierno. La casa junto con la casa principal es un oasis de tranquilidad de la hermosa localidad mallorquina de Es Capdellá - Calvià con piscina y fruta grande y un jardín mediterráneo.

1 dormitorio, baño, cocina y sala de estar (con sofá cama) y una terraza privada y aparcamiento ofrecen oportunidades ideales para explorar las playas en el suroeste de Mallorca y de la Sierra de Tramontana. Incluso la siempre animada ciudad de Palma se puede llegar en 15 minutos.
3 restaurantes, farmacias, cajeros automáticos, y dos pequeñas tiendas de comestibles se pueden alcanzar todo a poca distancia.
La casa es ideal para una escapada romántica o para una familia con niños con el uso de los sofás-cama en el salón.

Perfect stay

Vivi and Robert were the perfect hosts! The location of the apartment was fabulous, within walking distance to local shops and restaurants and a short drive away from other busier towns/beaches. It made for a really relaxing tranquil getaway. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the access to the pool and the addition of the ping pong table! We would go back within a heartbeat!

Beautiful house in centre of village

We had a fantastic stay and Robert and Viviani were charming hosts. The house is really beautiful with a lovely mature garden full of birds. We had the pool to ourselves and it is a good size. Restaurant Nou is just a few minutes walk and is is really good, honest Mallorcan recipes and good atmosphere. We ate there three times, the paella was really good. There are many beaches nearby and we enjoyed a trip to Andratx. We would love to stay again. Thank you Robert and Viviani

Delightful holiday home at the foot of the mountains

Viviana and Robert's home in Es Capdella is such a charming and peaceful place to spend time in Mallorca. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Palma, yet close enough to drive in in 20 minutes if you choose. Several lovely beaches are also within an easy distance. The setting itself is stunning, with the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in the background, and in spring when we were there, the garden was bursting with flowers and lush greenery. The house is quiet and comfortable, with some outdoor space to enjoy the sun, and we had shared use of the pool which was a great bonus. There is everything you need inside for cooking, and the bedroom itself is very comfortable too. Viviana and Robert were extremely friendly and helpful hosts throughout the whole stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you are looking for a holliday home!

What a lovely holiday!

The property is set in lush gardens in a quiet little town. It has everything you could possibly need for your holiday, and more, and the all furnishings are of lovely quality. It’s a very comfortable little house to stay in, with air conditioning in both bedroom and downstairs. It has it’s own terrace and outdoor eating area, with a great BBQ. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay special! Viviani and Robert are kind, generous, friendly people, who respect your privacy and leave you to have the pool to yourself. The pool area is idyllic, pretty, private and very peaceful. The pool furniture and large umbrellas are all very stylish, good quality and perfectly situated to offer shade throughout the day, they’ve created a haven of tranquility! Es Capdella is a sweet little town with a couple of nice restaurants. All the roads are excellent and it’s really convenient to get to Calvia, various beaches, Palma and the mountains. It’s a great situation, in a really lovely and accessible part of the island.

Wonderful property a short drive from the beach

This property is the best-equipped I have ever stayed in. Viviani and Robert have thought of everything one could possibly need. There were deckchairs, parasols, ice blocks, picnic bags, swim towels and all kitchen utensils etc.. They were always helpful if we had any questions. The old 1800s farmhouse is spotlessly clean with air con in both lounge and bedroom. The shower was powerful - great after days at the beach. We were made to feel very welcome with fruit and nuts from the pretty garden plus a bottle of wine. The pool was a decent size and we had it to ourselves all week. One can eat meals on the patio which is now well covered by creeping plants. It is only 25 minutes drive from the airport and an easy 13 minute drive to the beaches at Palma Nova and Santa Ponca. There are a couple of food shops plus pharmacy in two minutes walk selling all essential food including hot fresh baguettes. You can also walk to several good restaurants in the village. The village is very peaceful and beautiful. We had a fun time parasailing and going to the waterpark/beaches and loved coming back to this little haven. We also slept well as the rooms were dark when shutters closed. We would definitely stay here again.

Preciosa casa, nueva y muy bien equipada.

Nuestra estáncia en la propiedad de Viviani y Robert ha sido maravillosa. Su amabilidad y el respeto hacia nuestra intimidad, a pesar de tener su vivienda al lado ha sido fabulosa. La casa es preciosa y está decorada con gran exquisitez, la equipación es muy completa y en las fechas en que nosotros estuvimos el aire acondicionado y la piscina fueron muy de agradecer. Sin lugar a dudas recomendamos esta casa al 100% ya que además su ubicación en plena Sierra de Tramuntana y a sólo 15 min. en coche de Palma es perfecta. Gracias por todo Viviani y Robert.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus von Viviani und zwar beginnend von der Ankunft mit herzlichem Empfang bis zur unkomplizierten Abreise früh morgens. Das Haus ist liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattet. Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad und in den Wohnräumen war für uns angenehm in der Übergangszeit und dürfte beinahe ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal auch im Vergleich zu weitaus hochpreisigeren Unterkünften sein. Alles ist sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem; Haus und Lage sind sehr ruhig. Wir haben selten in einem Urlaub so gut geschlafen. Der Garten und die kleine Terrasse sind ein Traum. Leider war es während unseres Aufenthaltes zu frisch, um den Pool zu nutzen. Es gibt also wirklich überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren. Im Gegenteil, wir können Viviani als freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und die Unterkunft als solche, in die wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren werden, nur empfehlen.

Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - da macht es Spaß etwas zu kochen. Die Fußbodenheizung ist zu dieser Jahreszeit wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Das Häuschen war warm und der Empfang hervorragend. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist meist windgeschützt und gut mit Möbeln und Grill ausgestattet.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ca na Vivi. Viviani und Robert waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps und waren stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es Capdella ist ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort abseits der Touristenhochburgen von Mallorca. Trotzdem ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alle drei Restaurants im Ort sind zu empfehlen mit moderaten Preisen. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick in den schönen Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Wir können die Ca Na Vivi also nur empfehlen.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in sympathischen Dorf

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Robert und Viviani verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. An alles wurde gedacht und bei Hitze funktioniert die Klimaanlage bestens. Man wohnt neben den Besitzern. Aber alles ist so arrangiert, dass man seine Privatsphäre, aber auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Robert und Viviani hat. Beide haben gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Unsere Tage haben wir nachmittags am Pool ausklingen lassen. Auch hier ist die Ausstattung mit Liegen, Handtüchern, Schirmen wirklich top und hochwertig. Der Pool selber ist einfach nur toll. Es Capdella hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und bieten leckeres Essen zu erstaunlich guten Preisen. Man kann in einer Stunde mit dem Bus nach Palma fahren und ist gleich mitten in der Stadt. Da kann man das Auto tatsächlich stehen lassen. Die Umgebung bietet viel: schöne Strände (empfehlenswert Camp der Mar und Sant Elm: am frühen Morgen noch wunderbar leer), Museen (das CCA in Andratx und das Miro-Museum waren echte Entdeckungen) und natürlich ist Palma immer einen Besuch wert. Nach Trubel am Tag kehrt man dann in das beschauliche Dorf und die tolle Unterkunft zurück und beendet den Tag auf der schönen Terrasse. Ein wirklich schönes Urlaubsdomizil! I was born and grew up in Brazil, Have lived 10 years with my german/brazilian family (my husband Robert and my kids Andreas, Gustav and Larissa) in Germany, and now live since 2015 on the beautiful island of Mallorca in the village of Es Capdellá.
Here I found my new home and a "house in the sun".

My husband and me found this special house in Es Capdellá after looking a long time and renovated it with a lot of love.
We fell in love with the house and the village right from the beginning and knew immediately this is where we want to be.

Here every season has its own magic and special appeal.
We are in a calm village location, with healthy air, blue sky and lots of sunshine.
We are 20 minutes from downtown Palma, 10 minutes from the well known beach of Paguera and only a few walking minutes from the Tramuntana Mountains.
Here you can relax, spend a day at the beach, hike in nature, play sports, access many diverse restaurants, shopping options and cultural events and museums, ...
