Cocoonr offers this magnificent 240 m² air-conditioned villa with sea view and swimming pool for rent in Grimaud, on the heights of Saint-Tropez. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 125 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms (with showers), a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 4,100 m². - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and workspace
- Suite n°1: queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and en suite shower room and WC

- Private heated swimming pool, 5×11 m, open from 1 May to 15 October. It has a security system with alarm. All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.

The house is ideally located in Grimaud, in a very pleasant setting with panoramic views over Saint-Tropez, its Gulf and the ports of Grimaud and Cogolin. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest airport: Gulf of Saint-Tropez airport, about 19 minutes (11.4 km) by car - Toulon-Hyères airport, about 56 minutes (46.8 km) by car
