The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The apartment is located precisely on a quiet, tree-lined street known for its local charm and gastronomic hotspots, including the famous Bistrot Paul Bert and several neighborhood cafés, wine bars, and food markets. You'll find everything you need within walking distance, from boulangeries and cheese shops to independent boutiques and cozy terraces.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Faidherbe - Chaligny (line 8), is just a 4-minute walk.
The metro station Rue des Boulets (line 9) is 5 minutes away, and Reuilly - Diderot (lines 1 and 8) is 9 minutes away.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
