Stylish all brand new rehabbed apartment on the second floor on top of a restaurant on Atlantic Avenue. 2 bedroom, living room with futon sofa bed ,1 bathroom with a private deck where you can catch the sunrise or get a tan. Very close to the beach, boardwalk , casino, outlet shopping , bus station. It’s an urban bustling neighborhood in the middle of the city yet only two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Very cute quiet and comfortable on the inside. The guest can use the entire unit and deck all to themselves. Entire unit and deck. 215-783-6303 guests can call me or text me with any problems or questions.

Atlantic Ave

Owner was very accommodating when we didn't have any towels, or a keurig. He had them both sent by messenger same day. We found the towels in the dryer wet the next day. There was a foul stench coming from the bathroom which someone was supposed to come check out, but no one did. The stove was not plugged in so we couldn't use it. The smoke alarm is missing from the base on the ceiling. The area is not safe at night, there are homeless looking at the balcony and hanging out in the alley below. The floors are cracked and broken. Apartment is cute but needs some TLC.

Horrible experience - owner double booked without regard

Made this reservation 9 months ago and I confirmed everything the week prior with the owner then again 3 days before check in. Drove our family of five 3 hours to spend the week here for the Tidal Wave Festival then a few extra days at the beach...only for him to tell us at check in that he double booked it and we had to find a new place to stay. Not acceptable. Not to mention, the street this was on was scattered with drug addicts and the area over all was not safe even in the daylight. Blessing in disguise that we didn't get to stay here.

Decent

I rented this unit for me and a group of friends when there were no reviews. So we took a chance and here’s what we got: Pros: updated interior, washing machines, back deck Cons: on arrival the bathroom had a bit of a weird sewage smell going on and the A/C design in this place isn’t the greatest (especially in the bedrooms!). The neighborhood was definitely interesting at times as well.

Great time!

Neighborhood was a little suspect but I overall had a great time at this property especially with the boardwalk and food locations being close by! Definitely would come back!

Canceled on Me After a 9 Hour Drive

I booked my stay 7 months in advance. I texted the property owner 3 days before my stay and he told me "Yes ,hi Benjamin your all booked. Will give you detail for check in on day of check in." I drove 9 hours in memorial day traffic. I texted Uri at the time of check in, letting him know I was going to arrive in an hour and asking for the access information. He did not respond. When I arrived, first I was literally immediately approached by a homeless man. Then I called him through the app, and he told me he had double-booked the room. He blamed the fact that it was listed on a different rental website as well, and 'the system should have automatically prevented the double booking' and he 'didn't know what to tell me' about how three days prior he confirmed my stay was all set. He did pay a full refund, and VRBO, after hours on the phone, got me into a place to stay. All that being said, this property owner is disorganized, and really screwed up our stay, and I couldn't recommend using renting from him to anyone. On top of that, Atlantic City is terribly run down, and the location of this property it teaming with homeless people and police activity.
