The studio, decorated in a seaside style, offers a bright, well-appointed 21 m² living space, extended by an enclosed 12 m² loggia with sliding bay windows.
This additional space is ideal for a dining or relaxation area sheltered from the wind and sun.
Main living area
The living area combines lounge and sleeping area, with a comfortable double bed (160x200), flat-screen TV and large bay window overlooking the loggia.
There is also an extra BZ sofa bed in the loggia, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
Fans are available for your comfort.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped, functional kitchen includes a fridge, induction hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (tea, coffee, chocolate), kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.
The bathroom
The bathroom has a bath, washbasin, WC, waste bin and storage space.
Storage
A built-in wardrobe in the entrance hall makes it easy to store your clothes and personal belongings.
This studio apartment is ideal for a couple, combining comfort and practicality with immediate proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants of the Mar Vivo district.

Bus: The ‘Pas de lou’ bus stop is less than 2 minutes' walk away. It is served by several lines linking La Seyne town centre, the train station, Toulon and the surrounding area.
Boat-bus: An original way of getting to Toulon? Take the maritime boat-bus from the Sablettes pier (a 6-minute walk away). Line 18M is a pleasant 20-minute crossing with a view over the harbour.
SNCF station: La Seyne-sur-Mer station is around 15 minutes away by car or 25 minutes by bus.
