Welcome to a majestic, remodeled ocean front ground floor studio. A short walk, directly from the parking lot to your unit, this unit provides everything you need for an amazing and wonderful Maui vacation. Open your lanai doors and take 30 steps to feel the calming sand between your toes. Gaze out from your lanai or take a few steps out to the grassy area as the beautiful Maui sunsets complete your day.

If you are looking to relax or if you are looking for an adventure, this unit will provide you with all that you need. The unit is under new ownership and new management and we are ready to offer you an amazing experience.

There is a King bed, full bathroom, complete kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience. Steps away from the soft sand, wonderful snorkeling, surfing and the pool and hot tub, this unit has the convenience that you ask for.

The best part about this property is an awesome location and view. Sitting on the patio every morning and listening to the waves and every evening watching the sunset. The room was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful and cozy place to spend a honeymoon in Maui. Restaurants are within walking distance and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic equipment if you want to stay in and cook. The amenities are all up to date and functioning. My wife and i both really enjoyed the stay here.

Excellent unit!

The unit was exactly as advertised and the best was its proximity to the beach which were just steps. We had an incredible view each day of the whales.

Perfect ground floor location

The condo unit is small but the location is perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the ocean, plus hearing the waves while we slept. We were steps away to the beach and could walk to local restaurants. We will be back!

Perfect Spot

This spot was in the perfect location which was only a few steps from the beach and pool. We loved the lanai area, the view, and the room is well stocked including beach chairs and boogie boards. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect location

Very nicely remodeled unit. Perfect size for 2 people. Everything that was needed (and then some extras) was available. Kitchen well stocked. There were even binoculars for whale watching. Unfortunately we found them on our last day.Best thing to mention concerning this unit is the location. Outstanding!

Relaxing Stay - as expected!

This was our second stay in this unit. The Lanai is the highlight for us - out there most of the morning watching whales, except for our beach path walk (convenient from property). We love walking to Duke's for an occasional meal or to the Fish Market for coconut shrimp. We always do a couple of outings, but we mostly love just hanging out.

I had an unforgettable stay in this stunning oceanview condo! The breathtaking views every morning and night were truly spectacular. Ryan's exceptional communication and helpfulness made the experience even more seamless. With amenities like a washer, dryer, stove, and fridge, it felt like a second home.
