You can easily explore the villages of Collonge-la-Rouge, Rocamadour, Turenne, Martel... as well as the Padirac Cave and the Lascaux Caves, which are located nearby. You will appreciate the many hiking opportunities, canoeing on the Dordogne River, visits to castles, local farmers' markets, and the numerous theater and music festivals during the peak season. The great feature of this house is its exceptional view. The house overlooks the valley, and its many windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The house was completely renovated in 2022, combining all modern comforts with old-world charm. Outside, a large 90m² terrace, shaded by an awning, provides access to the swimming pool.
