Apartment in a large chalet ideally located at the edge of the main slope "return station", sector Crêt du Merle.
Bright, quiet and comfortable, it's ideally located on the edge of the Crêt du Merle's slope, main track that arrives directly at the center of the village. You leave and arrive on skis.
The apartment, located in the Chalet des Pistes on the Chemin des Praz, was renovated in 2020.
The furniture, bedding, linen and dishes are new. Towels and bed linen are provided.
It has a large balcony without any vis-à-vis on which it is very pleasant to eat, enjoy the sun or have an aperitif.
The apartment is accessible whatever is the weather and has a parking lot in the covered and closed car park, with direct access to the apartment. It is located 2km, by car, from the center of La Clusaz. It is served by the free shuttle with a bus stop 100m away. It is also 100m from the cable car, which can also be used by pedestrians to reach the center of the village.
The south-west orientation of the apartment provides maximum sunshine and a breathtaking view of the massifs of Beauregard and l'Etale. There are two restaurants nearby: The 'Chalet des Praz', a festive place in La Clusaz and the 'Vieux Chalet', which offers one of the best cuisines in the region.
In summer, quiet location in the middle of the greenery, without any vis-à-vis. La Clusaz offers a multitude of leisure activities (hiking, mountain biking, swimming pool, summer toboggan, paragliding, golf...). It is easy to park the bikes in the hall in front of the apartment or in the closed garage.
The apartment offers a living area of 40m2 with a living room, a bedroom, a two beds sleeping cotner, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet. A large balcony of 12m 2, well sheltered and equipped with garden furniture, allows you to enjoy a magnificent view and the sun.
The living room revolves around a mountain corner, a sofa convertible into a bed of 140cm for two people, a large screen LCD TV and WiFi.
The cozy room has two 90cm beds that can easily be assembled into a large bed of 180cm for two people. A large closet serving as a dressing room and a dresser offers a significant storage volume.
The kitchen, open to the living room is fully equipped (4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set).
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a heated towel radiator, a storage unit, a hair dryer.
A ski locker in the entresol that can accommodate 4 to 6 pairs of skis.
