You will have access to the entire property. A quiet and unique location.

We will supply the bed linen (mattress protectors, fitted sheets, pillow covers, duvet

covers), the bathroom linen (shower towels and hand towels) and essential toiletries.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire ground-floor, the first floor and the entire

apartment located on the second floor.

The parc and its amenities is also at your disposal.



The Neighborhood:

The hamlet of Moulin-le-Comte, located west of Aire-sur-la-Lys, is a peaceful place

crossed by the River Lys. Owned by the Counts of Flanders for many years, Moulin-le-

Comte retains a bucolic and historic atmosphere. A 3.5-hectare park, crossed by the

river, offers beautiful walks.

A new cycle path has been recently created, making it much easier to get around by

bike. To explore the area, you can borrow bikes from the Town Hall free of charge

during the week.

This neighbourhood is therefore an ideal setting for a family stay or a tourist trip.



Getting Around:

Parking at the property is easy. You will find parking space on site, after the entrance

gate. You can even recharge your electric car there.

Only 50 minutes from the Opal Coast and Lille; 30 minutes from Belgium and the

Dennlys Parc, this property is ideal for those wishing to explore the treasures of

Hauts-de-France or enjoy this exceptional location with their family or friends in this

exceptional location.



Other Things to Note:

The staircase is in the old, renovated tower and it connects the duplex to the tower

apartment on the last floor.

The property is made up of two independent apartments.
