Dominique will welcome you to this spacious family home, ideally located 15 minutes from the first beach on Lake Der and near several wineries. This quiet and peaceful vacation rental is the perfect place for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. The first floor of the house features a spacious entryway, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a professional-grade stove for foodies and culinary enthusiasts, a living room, a living area with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people (upon request), and a flat-screen TV. A hallway leads to a bedroom with a 180-cm bed that can be converted into two 90-cm beds, followed by a second bedroom with two 90-cm beds that can be converted into one 180-cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, and a separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine is located in the basement. On the first floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with a 140/190 bed. A large (unfenced) garden with a patio and barbecue. A crib and high chair are available. Beds are made upon arrival; bath linens and kitchen towels are provided. A mandatory cleaning fee of 80€ applies.
