Known as the Latin Quarter, the 5th arrondissement is located on the left bank of the Seine. This district is home to the Sorbonne University, founded in 1257, as well as several other schools and colleges. It is therefore known as a student district. Visitors enjoy the 5th arrondissement of Paris for its perfect mix of excellent restaurants, stores, jazz clubs and student cafes.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Latin Quarter and also close to the Ile de la Cité, which includes stores and restaurants:
