Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Our vacation home is available for only 4 weeks during the peak summer season in 2024 (rented Sunday to Sunday in July and August). We have a 3-night minimum off season.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is a 2 minute drive to Chatham's Ridgevale Beach and 5 minutes to Chatham's main street shops, galleries, movie theater and restaurants.

The gorgeous sunroom with 13 ft. high mahogany cathedral ceiling is the perfect place to relax and entertain friends and family.

The primary suite has a newly remodeled en-suite bath. The second guest room is spacious with a queen bed. The third guest room has a twin trundle bed (two twins). All bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs. The guest bath has also been remodeled.

Outside you will find a private, manicured fenced yard on 1/2 of an acre with room for kids to run around and play yard games. A large two-tier deck and patio overlooking beautiful flower gardens features a new weber grill (2021) and patio seating for 6 and an outdoor shower. In the shed, you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, kids' bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, and tennis equipment.

The kitchen is completely updated with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, marble floors, a large dining table, and is fully stocked with all the kitchen amenities one would need including a Keurig coffee machine.

This cottage features wireless hi-speed internet, central air, and laundry (washer/dryer) in the basement.

Enjoy peaches fresh from the tree in the backyard (in season).
Guest access
There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. You will receive a code for the lock on the front door before you arrive.
Other things to note
Everything in the house - linens, quilts, and towels - is included. Maximum guests at this home is 5.

Must be 21 to book. Checkout time is 10am. Check in time is 3pm. Also note there are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property.
