Located close to the elevator for easy access, this beautifully-decorated vacation rental offers features like a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a large dining table for six for mealtimes, laptops, or game nights, and a cozy living area with a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels. You'll also enjoy a dry bar with a minifridge for storing your cool drinks, a private washer/dryer, and access to a shared, outdoor pool.

Spacious condo and beautiful view

This property is perfect for families. Specious corner condo. Loved that each room has it's own bathroom. Kitchen well stocked and it has nice and newer appliances. Beautiful view. Short walk to the beach. The pool is not too big but as it's a small condo it was never crowded.

Perfect amount of room! And very nice for every bed room had their own bathrooms. Beaches were too crowded due to it being a smaller condo building which was very nice! Great location!

We loved our stay.

Nice for adults

The condo itself was really nice, the layout is great for 3 couples. Not super kid friendly. We anticipated an additional sleeping space in the livingroom because the listing states pull out sofa in livingroom area. The sofa is NOT a pull out so we had to rearrange sleeping arrangements last minute. No restaurants or shops within walking distance so vehicle is a must.

Great condo!

We were relocated to this condo due to an issue at our first one. This was definitely an upgrade from what we had. Because we were a last minute relocation, we were actually able to meet the owner. Bob was a very nice man. There is plenty of room in this condo for two families, and it is pretty quiet. Small condo, so there is less people. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, but it seemed like that could have come from someone smoking on the balcony or a nearby balcony.

Marlin key 2a

Love the Marlin key but 2a was not as clean as it should have been. Carpets in the bedrooms had a strong smoke smell and it was supposed to be smoke free. Cigarette papers left under the couch and cigarette butts were in the balcony. There were 5 used water bottles left under the couch which had obviously not.been swept.

Smells like smoke

The location is great! It is literally RIGHT on the beach- so easy with kids, toys, ice chests, etc. No long boardwalk to walk up and down. The beach did not feel crowded at all, even during peak season. The pool was great for kids- lots of small sitting areas to swim to and hang out on. The condo has a great setup and the furniture is nice. But we had a lot of trouble during our stay. The garbage disposal is broken, and the kitchen sink kept backing up. We literally had to plunge it by hand- gross. The master bathroom sink was backing up. The guest toilet runs VERY slow. Lots of plumbing issues. The keypad on the door must have run out of battery because it chirped/beeped loudly all day during the last day of our stay. The entire condo smelled SO strongly of smoke throughout our entire visit. It’s listed as non-smoking, but I imagine the owners must smoke, and it must be in the vents because the smell never cleared. Our family stayed in another condo in the same complex, and there was a noticeable difference. There’s lots of extra fridge space- 3 refrigerators!- but no ice machine! And the freezer did not keep any of our items frozen- no frozen drinks, popsicles, etc.- all melted. And the dryer took several runs to completely dry bath towels no matter how small the load. It’s a really cute condo with a nice setup, but lots of issues currently. Not sure if they will ever be able to get rid of the smoke smell.

Great location!

The location was excellent! The condo itself suffered from a very busy season. It needed deep cleaning. The living room furniture was in need of cleaning and the patio furniture needs to be replaced. It was badly stained and chipped.

Beautiful, clean condo. No complaints at all! Would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our time tgere so much. Accommodations were excellent. The only problem we had is that the manual can opener we’re had to use. An electric one maybe a nice addition. Also, we had to bring 3 cars. Luckily one of the owners in the building had an extra one for us. Is it possible to get a third for next years trip as our friends that own a condo tgere just happened to be there.

Great but smelled like tobacco

We have stayed at the Marlin Key for several years in a row and we love it because it is small and not crowded. This time when we arrived, our condo smelled heavily of tobacco smoke. We were not notified of this prior to our arrival and the property is supposed to be nonsmoking. I notified customer service and they assured me they would escalate the problem and have someone contact me but they never did. The smell eventually faded but never completely went away. I definitely will not be staying in 2A again. Otherwise our stay was good.

Great location and Clean!

We loved the location and how easy it was to walk out on the beach. We had alot of little ones and it made it easy to walk them all down. Maybe 15 steps from the parkin garage to the sand. Clean and lots of space for the family. Small condos so there were not 100's of people there. The elevator did break on the 1st day there but they fixed it right away. We will definitley be coming back.

Great locatikn

We loved the convenience of the 2nd floor unit to parking, pool and beach. The condo was spacious with nice furnishings. The only thing I would say is that some of the linens had stains (towels and sheets). We would definitely book again though.
