Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned cottage with shared pool and jacuzzi for rent in Les Anses-d'Arlet. It has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a beautiful mezzanine bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 50 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 6×4 m swimming pool (unheated and shared), secured by an alarm and open all year round
- A jacuzzi (with a capacity of 3 people) open all year round
- A private 18 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful shared and fenced 50 m² garden

The house is ideally located in Les Anses-d'Arlet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (one vehicle).
