New home in Paradise. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood that has some surviving homes and trees from the fire of 2018. The home is located in a convenient area of Paradise with easy access to Magalia or Chico. The home has an open concept living and kitchen area. The garage is not accessible to guests. We have a different sofa than the one pictured.

Best vacation rental I’ve ever remted!

So peaceful, so clean and beautifully decorated and what a getaway it is for me and our family live in the area and we have such a wonderful time having them over for meals. The area is gorgeous and especially in spring.

Mountain retreat just a short drive from Chico

We were in town for my son's graduation from Chico State. We were worried it was a little too far from the graduation but really wanted a place away from all the craziness in Chico. The drive was short and beautiful. We would absolutely recommend this stunning home and gorgeous town the next time you stay in the area.

Another great stay at this fantastic property

This is our 3rd stay at this property and it was as good as the other 2 stays. It's a warm cozy home with a full list of amenities. Can't think of a better place to spend time if you're in the area and need a place to stay.

Best Rental we've stayed at!

My guys travel for work all the time and they said this was their favorite property we have ever booked! Thank you we hope to book it more in the near future.
