The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this flat for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, just 20 metres from the beach. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a 35 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: a combination microwave oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a toaster…
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a washing machine, a plancha, a fan, an ironing board and an iron.

Outside:
- An 8 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days (the awning is out of order and will be removed by the owners’ association)
