Relaxing vintage flair, 3/2 home on oversized lot with a spacious porch to take in the views while sipping your coffee or evening wine.
Early in the morning or evening you might be lucky enough to spot some whitetail deer roaming the property. Fishing poles are provided for your enjoyment if you’d like to spend some time fishing and kayaks are available for a peaceful outing on the lake. Regardless of what you do you are sure to experience the peaceful tranquility of staying at the Lake Whitetail Cottage.

We had an amazing stay in Barbados, and Nicole was a wonderful host from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Loved the quiet serene atmosphere

Very nice property. Really liked the two baths and 3 bedrooms. There was 3 of us and we each had our own space. Great view of the lake.

Nice, peaceful location

Joyce was a joy to communicate with. The deck and views were a nice place to sit and relax. We appreciated having coffee and bottled water provided to us as well as other small amenities. If I'm in the Waverly area again, I'll make another reservation.

Great host

Joyce and her place were great. She always responded to my questions. We were arriving at night so she had lights turned on and the place nice and warm. She even had snacks and bottles of water for us

THE Perfect Home Away From Home

Lake Whitetail Cottage is the perfect place to stay! There was plenty of room with all amenities met. If traveling with an infant, stay here! Crib, crib bedding, high chair, potty seat, and even baby shampoo was there for our use. Joyce has thought of it all! The back deck is such a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee (by the way it’s provided with creamers and sugar!) and watch the deer in the morning. Even if staying indoors there was so many large windows and natural light. Surrounding neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Everything inside and outside was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be staying again!

Clean and neat!!

My friends and I recently stayed here to go hunting on the local state land. The homeowner was very easy to deal with and the house was very clean and well organized. I would absolutely stay here again.
