The ensemble opens onto the rooftop that surrounds the apartment: a large outdoor space, furnished with a garden furniture, a large dining table and a jacuzzi, all in shelter from eyes. The night corner consists of three bedrooms: - The first has a king size bed (180x200cm), a smart TV and an ensuite shower room - The other two rooms, also equipped with king size beds and televisions, share a bathroom located between them. Each has direct access to the terrace Two independent toilets complete the layout. Two parking spaces in the basement, accessible by a car elevator, are reserved for occupants. Maximum vehicle dimensions for the lift: length 4.80m, width 1.90m, height 1.85m.
