Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Danville, the Grove Park House is close to restaurants, Caesars Virginia Casino, The Riverwalk Trail, Averett University, SOVAH Hospital, and just 20 minutes from VIR. Book your stay today and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Danville!



Relax on the screened in porch, play in the game room, or enjoy s’mores by the fire pit. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the home is much larger than it looks! The first floor features three large bedrooms, two bathrooms a living room, large kitchen, dining room and screened in porch. The basement features an additional bedroom, kitchenette, large living room, game room, bathroom, bar and laundry area. The separate basement suite is perfect for groups traveling who want a separate space but enjoy staying together. A rollaway twin size bed is available upon request. *LARGE DRIVEWAY & PLENTY OF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE. Discounts available for extended stays!

For families traveling with little ones, the house is fully equipped with a high chair seat, full sized pack and play, children's books and toys.

Other amenities include fast wifi with free streaming access to Disney+. All linens, bedding, and towels are provided. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board available for use.

*Please note, guests are expected to read and honor house rules. Booking implies agreement to house rules. An additional damage deposit is required for every booking. Refund of the deposit is initiated within 24 hours of check-out, provided that all house rules are followed and no major damages occur.

We live locally and are available for any needs that may arise. We are happy to provide restaurant or entertainment ideas. Book your stay today and make unforgettable memories at The Grove Park House.

House Rules:

-Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed.

-No loud music or excessive noise.

-Only booked guests are allowed to be at the house at any time (unless discussed and approved in advance)

-No inside fires, candles, or fireplace use

-No garage access

-We allow you to bring one dog 50 lbs or less for an additional pet fee of $150.

-No smoking in the house or anywhere on the property

-Do not move the furniture.

- Late check out may be available upon request. Failure to vacate the house at scheduled check out time without advanced approval will result in an additional $75 fee.

We rarely have snow or ice accumulation, however, it can occur. We do not provide routine snow/ice removal services, but they may be available upon request. Please use caution during inclement weather.

The place is amazing. Had more than enough room. My family and I were very happy with the presentation of the Home. It was absolutely perfect. The room downstairs. The playroom for the kids was much needed. They had a lot of fun. Great location close to everything. Just amazing. I love the place and will do it again thank you so much.

Charming, well put together House

The house was just as described. Very clean and the towels were amazing. The snacks were a good personal touch. Lots of room and the game room was fun for us all. The house was decorated with good thought and on purpose !! It’s close to the casino and restaurants. The owners paid close attention to details on this house. Coffee every morning on the porch with deer in the backyard and the birds chirping in the surrounding trees. We’ll be back for this one.

The Grove Park House

This is my 2nd stay at The Grove Park House and absolutely love it!. Lots of space and very clean accommodations and plus amenities. Location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be staying again in the future if it's available.

Weekend family trip to the casino

Multi-generational family trip to Danville to go to the casino. The house was amazing, really clean, large bedrooms, updated appliances, and the game room was an added bonus.

This home was PERFECT

The furnishings, amenities, location, and features of this home could not be improved upon. Plenty of room for my 3 siblings' families in town for holidays. Spacious rooms, updates, and nice touches like the toys that were provided coincidentally were the SAME TOYS my nephews have at home! Communication with the host was speedy and accommodating as well. We would highly recommend this listing for anyone!

Great Home and Host

Had an incredible stay. The home was cute, very clean and easy to get too. The host was very kind, checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Easy check in and out process. Highly recommend this home.
