January Getaway

Wonderful vacation home! Comfortable beds, heated pool, lovely landscaping with grass for our dog. Great location for hiking Papago Park and for getting to other trails in the greater area. We enjoyed our month-long stay.

Amazing stay!

That you guys got a great stay at this fantastic property. It was super spacious and enjoyed every bit of it. We recommend this home as it is so close to everything and the interior and exterior is beautiful. We loved the kitchen and the back yard! Definitely will be back.

Fabulous Get Away

We were in town to celebrate our son's college graduation. We stayed with one set of grandparents. Our little mini Schnauzer was along for the trip also. The house is exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice with excellent walking nearby. The outdoor space is incredible! Pool was perfect. Lots of seating options outside and tons of shade! The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely renovated. We enjoyed everything about the house, will recommend to others and will be back for future trips!

Great outdoor area with pool

A lovely home with plenty of room to spread out. We stayed here for a month with six of us and especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Any difficulties were quickly addressed. Easy check in. Nice neighborhood.

Wonderful!

We couldn`t have found a better property for 8 adults looking to relax and unwind. The house was in a great location with all the space and amenities we could ask for. The only thing I would change would be a dresser in every room and a faster coffee maker. The house is geared more to adults or families with older kids although the pool basketball hoop really brought out the kid in my older brother!! We appreciated the blue-tooth speaker, pool towels and grapefruit tree. The yard is peaceful with lots of birdsong and quiet for being in the heart of a busy area. Would definitely return!!

Scottsdale

We booked this home for a bachelorette weekend to the city and had a blast! We had just arrived around noon to the airport and the property management was so kind as to let us arrive a little early (2:30)! This allowed us to avoid carrying our luggage everywhere killing time the first day. They also allowed us to have some decorations for my sister to walk into when she saw the house. The house was perfect as it provided just enough space for everyone to do their own thing or mingle together. The outdoor patio and pool was a hit! We were able to lounge and there was plenty of seating space to either eat outdoors or play games. They had a cool little fruit tree in the back with a picking tool provided! Those unique touches were enjoyed during our stay. Thank you! We will definitely be returning soon 😊

Great stay, perfect location!

We spent a week in Scottsdale recently and really enjoyed this house! We have two teenage girls and a small dog so everyone enjoyed plenty of space. We spent most of our time outside as the weather was absolutely perfect all week long. We've stayed at tons of rentals over the years and this one was very clean and well-maintained, in comparison. The property folks were very easy to work with and answered our questions very timely. I did give a 4 star on the 'accuracy of the listing' - there is no longer a TV outside on the covered patio (as shown in the picture) and there are not 5 TVs in the house, there are 3. There is a TV in the main living area, one in the master, and one in one of the secondary bedrooms, only. There are two other secondary bedrooms that do not have TVs, at all. It wasn't an issue with our kids since we spent so much time outside, so I did not raise it with management. Pool was crystal clear and patio furniture was clean and in great condition - I did not feel the need to clean and sweep everything off like some properties. From a Mom's perspective - this place was plug and play!!

The home was obviously freshly remodeled and everything was pristine. It was very well appointed with just about everything a person would have in their own home/kitchen/patio/pool.

Memorable Memorial Day weekend

Loved our staycation for Memorial Day weekend. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. The backyard was awesome. We spent most of our time outside. We brought our dogs and they loved every minute of being in the grass and lounging around. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Scottsdale.

Beautiful Oasis

We had such an amazing stay! The house is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, great location and has everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and master bedroom on the other side. The outside has tons of seating and relaxing areas. There is ping pong outside and shuffle board inside. The pool was heated and left on so my kids could enjoy it at all times. The owners were extremely responsive. We are looking forward to another stay here on our next trip to Arizona.
