Your stay will include the enjoyment of a three bedroom ranch home with two baths, a spacious living room with big screen TV, dining room, pool table/recreation room and a fully stocked kitchen with automatic icemaker, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and utensils you would need to whip up a gourmet meal. If you would rather eat out, you are just about five miles from downtown Alpharetta and less than 10 minutes to Cumming with a variety of stores and restaurants literally just minutes away.

This home is spacious and convenient to both Alpharetta and Cumming. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. The secluded cul-de-sac setting is peaceful and private yet just minutes from restaurants, shopping, GA-400 and lots of outdoor recreation. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with double shower and double sinks. The kids will adore the adventure room complete with play teepee. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed and neutral styling. If you are relocating to the area we welcome any corporate relocations and long term stays. We are a pet friendly property but we do ask that you contact first for pre-approval with your pets breed, age and temperment. We also do not permit any parties or special events. Guest have the entire 2400 sf home and back deck to enjoy with wooded back yard. The back deck has a outdoor dining set the seats up to six people. The back deck area is a haven of natural beauty with lots of mature trees and an abundance of nature.
