Transport:
- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy provide easy access to the city center (around 25 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is about 1 hour away by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private ride services (VTC).
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Please note that this accommodation is offered for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights) during the winter period from November to April.

For medium-term stays, your booking will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease) in order to comply with legislation.
To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

On site, you will be personally welcomed by a representative selected by Cocoonr Annecy. They will show you the apartment, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
