-The apartment is ideally located in the center of Talloires, just a 5-minute walk from the lake and the -beach.

Transport :
-Regular SIBRA bus line 60, with a stop just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, provides easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 25 minutes) and to nearby beaches (5 minutes).
-Geneva International Airport is about 60 minutes away by car. Shuttles and private transfers also connect Geneva to Annecy. For added comfort, we recommend taxis or private chauffeur services.
-If you are arriving by car, please note that there is no private parking space. However, a parking badge will be provided for use in Talloires public parking areas.

-Premium hotel-quality linens and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. Kitchen towels and bath mats are also included.
- Please note that this accommodation is offered for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights) during the winter period from November to April.

For medium-term stays, your booking will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease) in order to comply with legislation.
To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

On site, you will be personally welcomed by a representative selected by Cocoonr Annecy. They will show you the apartment, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
