Minutes from Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. 2 - 2-1/2 hour drive to Grand Canyon, Zion National Park or Monument Valley.

Everything is brand new! Large, comfortable family home with fast WiFi, lots of common area space and a fenced back yard with covered patio. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and tourist activities.

After a day spent sightseeing, adventuring or playing on the lake, our home is perfect to come home to and relax, enjoy making dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the patio BBQ, kick back on the comfortable sofas and chairs to stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart tv or sit out on the patio and relax as the sunsets and enjoy yard games and the fire pit in the evening.

The common area is a great room with kitchen, dining and living areas combined for easy social gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped.

When you are ready for bed, settle into the master bedroom's king-sized bed with new linens. The en-suite master has a walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms have queen beds with new linens and one includes a spacious desk and chair. Also available are two pack-n-plays for families. Three of the bedrooms have smart TVs.

Amenities include fully-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, spices, gas BBQ grill with utensils; in home full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent; complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash; 4 smart TVs; free high-speed Wifi; linens, towels, central air conditioning and heat; free parking.

House Rules:
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping (including medical products) - $250 fee for any smoke damage or lingering scent.
- Unregistered pets on the property will result in a $250 fee.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, including using the WIFI for those purposes.

Pet Policy:
- Up to two pets are allowed with the payment of a $100 pet fee.
- A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out.
- Pets may not be left unattended at any time unless crated.
